Tribon Ki Yaari, Aao Dima Hasao 19 was the theme song of Haflong’s World Tourism Day Festival, first held in 2015 and 2016 under Brigadier Sanjay P Vishwasrao’s ‘All Tribes, One India Tricolour Revolution Strategy for Peace. It showcased the culture, crafts and cuisine of 13 tribes and six non-tribal communities. The North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council has held the festival every year since, keeping these bonds of peace alive.
