1st Open Air Debate at Lal Chowk, Srinagar (the most important political symbol of Kashmir), after its bloodless ‘capture’, 22 January 2022
Different institutions face different challenges. I bring strategic experience, leadership and a practical approach to transformation to help them address those challenges.
News report of Tiranga at Lal Chowk, 26 Jan 2022
Independent director and strategic advisory roles in security, risk, organisational transformation and corporate responsibility. I bring experience in diagnosing complex challenges, aligning people and strategy, and leading organisations through difficult change.
Briefing Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in Kangundi Bouldering Park, 30 Jan 2026
Kukis return to Naga dominated Leiki village after 20 years in 2015, 1st village to resettle thus
Release of logo of Godavari Pushkaralu Model Village- Teeparu, Aug 2026
Selection of CEO for Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir, Sep 2026
Strategic advisory and institution-building for trusts and temples seeking to strengthen governance, preserve cultural heritage and expand their contribution to society. I bring an approach that connects civilisational values with responsible management, community participation and public service.
My book ‘Lage Raho Leadership’, Jan 2015
Publishing and media collaborations on geopolitics, Pakistan, Kashmir, military strategy, leadership and India’s strategic future. My work draws on operational experience, research and original frameworks to bring complex subjects to wider audiences.
Six kinds of organisation, six ways the same method has been put to work.
Independent director and advisory roles in security, risk, CSR/ESG and organisational transformation. Nine documented turnarounds — from a demoralised 1,200-soldier unit to a state government’s tourism policy — are the closest thing to a board-level reference check available in this category. I bring the same diagnostic rigour to a boardroom’s hardest problem that I brought to a valley’s.
Internal-security and Kashmir / Pakistan / Northeast advisory, institutional turnaround, and large-scale public-event coordination — built from three decades inside government machinery, not adjacent to it. The same method that moved an NCC Directorate from 6th to 2nd nationally, and convinced a state government to fund a river strategy using its own economic logic, is available to any department carrying more legacy weight than performance.
Keynotes and structured courses on Information Warfare, the Study of Pakistan, Shivaji Maharaj’s Indic Leadership, Ram Tattva & Ram Rajya, and Manoeuvre Warfare & the OODA Loop — five original frameworks, each demonstrated against a named, verifiable crisis rather than illustrated with a hypothetical. Thought leadership with a zero casualty count.
Design and co-implementation of faith-anchored ecological and rural-tourism strategy, on a model already adopted by two state governments and piloted as India’s first Pushkaralu Model Village. If your organisation needs a community or government to move from apathy to ownership, this is a tested playbook, not a proposal.
For Viksit Bharat 2047, our temples have to play a larger role — moving from ritual alone to strengthening our cultural foundations. Devotees first; culture and seva promoted, as with #SevaHiSnan on Yamuna and Godavari; temple trust–government partnerships built; sacred geography protected, as at Kangundi’s Inselberg Shivling and Godavari’s Teeparru village.
A line-up of three books: Lage Raho Leadership (published 2015, 2nd edition to follow); a finished manuscript, Pakistan’s Lies, Deceit & Deception (2020); and Bloodless Peace in Kashmir, in progress. Backed by three service-college theses, a decade of published articles, and a media presence built across Bharat. I have already done the work most commentators only write about.
Whether you are leading an organisation, shaping a policy,
building an institution or pursuing a mission for Viksit Bharat 2047,
let us explore how my experience can help you move from vision to goals.
“I do not manage problems. I envision, create and lead systems that end them — even after I have moved on.”
