Major General Sanjay P Vishwasrao turned the COVID pandemic into an opportunity to spread the National Anthem in Srinagar. As Patron of Army Public School, Badami Bagh Cantonment, he directed that every online class on Google Meet begin with Jana Gana Mana, with students’ families invited to join. In the new era after Article 370’s abrogation, the Anthem reached Kashmiri homes every day. The school later won first prize nationally in 2025.
