Launched in October 2021, and again in 2022, under Major General Sanjay P Vishwasrao’s Kashmir Tricolour Revolution Strategy for Peace, this Infantry Day song, observed as Shaurya Diwas since 2022, exposed the atrocities and duplicity of Pakistan’s 1947 invasion. It celebrated Indian valour and placed two local heroes, Brigadier Rajinder Singh Jamwal of the J&K State Forces and Maqbool Sherwani, at the centre as Saviours of Kashmir.
